Warranty

All Fatboy products are subject to the standard Fatboy factory guarantee period of 24 months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Please note we cannot replace, repair or reimburse in cases of incorrect maintenance or wear and fading due to intensive outdoor use, such as products being left permanently in the summer sun. Even outdoor products should be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun, when not in use.

Free Delivery on standard non-discounted orders of AED 200 or more.
AED 20 delivery fee applies to orders below AED 200.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

Exchange Window: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exclusions: Sale, clearance, showroom displays, and pre-order items are final sale and non-eligible for return or exchange.
Defective Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for review. A replacement will be provided where applicable.
