Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You may exchange your item or receive a credit note, valid for 6 months, for the original purchase value. Cash refunds are not available.

Can I amend my order once it is placed?

All Fatboy products are covered by the standard 24-month Fatboy factory warranty.

If your warranty claim is approved, we'll arrange the most appropriate solution, whether that's a repair, replacement, or replacement part. Please keep your delivery confirmation email as proof of purchase, as it is required for all warranty claims.

Repair or replacement is the primary remedy for valid warranty claims. If a manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through repair or replacement, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover fading or deterioration resulting from prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor conditions. While many Fatboy products are designed for outdoor use, please store them when not in use to protect them from the intense Middle East sun and extend their lifespan.
